How does On-Line training Work?

You will be guided through the training materials by your Coach, INTERACTIVE PRESENTATIONS supported by STREAMING VIDEOS on different topics, extensive databases of RESOURCE MATERIALS and HOT LINKS to relevant web sites and most importantly 15 to 30 INDIVIDUAL COACHING MODULES. (The presentations are all downloadable for immediate access but will also be provided to you on CD-ROM for improved quality and speed).

You and your Coach apply the training information directly to your business by working through a series of exercises in each coaching module designed to improve your direct understanding of the training in a real world environment. You have unlimited access to your Coach via these Coaching modules.

Each coaching module has an area where you can ask your Coach questions and make relevant comments. Your Coach will respond to your issues and you will be notified via e-mail to visit the Coaching Area and review your coaches comments. In this way, you can establish a dialogue on a range of issues and have a number separate, simultaneous conversations with your Coach.

The Coaching process is highly interactive and lets you get on with the important work of applying the training to your business. Your Coach will respond with comments, solutions, questions, links to resource materials and general hints. You will need to complete a number of work projects to demonstrate to your Coach that you have understood the training and to successfully meet all requirements for accreditation.
