How to grow
your business even in the tough times!
Many business sectors are starting to feel the
effects of "recession" whether this is
real or a media beat up. Gerry Harvey, CEO of
Harvey Norman, was recently quoted as saying "If
you didn't make a profit in 2000, then 2001 is
going to be really tough!".
Recent statistics released by Dunn &
Bradstreet have supported the theory that business
is tight with more businesses "going to the
wall" in the last quarter.
How do you stop this from
happening to your business? If your business is
thriving then how can you take advantage of the
current negative thoughts and make money even "in
the tough times?" Many of our clients are
very profitable at present with no sign of a
decline - what are they doing?

Improve your
Business efficiency and save 15% to 30% of your
costs!
At MindShop, we know from experience that
inefficiency and waste in your business will be
equivalent to at least 15% to 30% of your costs
and even higher in most service industries.
This means that if your costs are $1.0 million
per annum that between $150K and $300K will be
inefficiency and waste that can usually be reduced
dramatically by applying our simple process.

a high growth period and a when the general
business world moves into recession.
Even if your business is strong, large suppliers
and/or customers going into receivership can place
enormous demands on your business that can
ultimately lead to your downfall.

do you manage cashflow in a high growth period?
